Issues involving debt and insolvency are characterized as delicate situations with a high
impact in the lives of individuals and families.

Representing either the creditor or the debtor, our team refuses to use predefined or
standardized formulas of approach, and instead chooses to identify the causes of the
incident to propose and adjust solutions to each case.

As far as collection is concerned, the experience we have gained over more than a
decade is applied in the continuous search for more effective ways of recovering credit.
In support of the debtor, we try to find flexible solutions, pondering debt restructuring
solutions and, where necessary, directly accompanying insolvency processes aimed at
ensuring the fresh start promised by our insolvency law.
