Organization Model
Assuming a commitment of dedication, personalisation and care with regard to details, the provision of legal services by the firm follows a logic of close correspondence between the specific requirements of each client and the preferred areas of Law practised by each attorney, without neglecting the need for integrated and multidisciplinary legal advice.
The firm is run by five partners and has the permanent collaboration of a team of attorneys committed to providing high quality services. It has a heterogeneous and simultaneously cohesive team organised according to preferred areas of intervention. Notwithstanding, all the attorneys know the legal system as a whole and have the necessary versatility to find essentially safe and innovative solutions.
The work of each team is coordinated by senior attorneys who accompany and guide the work of the remaining employees and who, through their close integration, collaborate in the definition of transversal solutions covering the various areas.
The firm invests strongly in its organic growth, either by training newly-graduated lawyers, who are given the opportunity to become familiar with the various areas of Law throughout their internship period, or by encouraging the continuous training of its lawyers and other collaborators. Our goal is to increase their individual skills and capacity for professional development within the firm, as well as their capacity to respond to the growing demands within the sector.
